Materials & Quality

Silicone grip pad, breathable open-weave strap and metal adjustment buckles. Built to grip, flex and last.

Comfort & Fit

One adjustable size fits most legs. Place the silicone pad about two fingers below your kneecap and tighten until snug, not tight. It should stay put when you move without pressing behind the knee.

The problem

Your knee isn’t the problem. Where the pressure goes is.

Every step, every stair, every time you stand up from a chair — a lot of load travels through one small area just below your kneecap.

One spot. About the size of a quarter.

Regular knee sleeves wrap the whole joint. They spread support everywhere — and focus it nowhere.

Not a knee brace. Smaller. On purpose.
The fix

Not a knee brace. Smaller. On purpose.

A bulky brace wraps your whole joint in neoprene and hopes for the best. Like bandaging your whole arm when you only cut one finger.

The PrecisionPoint does one thing: light, targeted pressure just below the kneecap, right over the patellar tendon area.

Precision, not bulk.

It stays where you put it.
Built to move

It stays where you put it.

The #1 complaint about knee straps? They slide. During lunges, runs, even a walk to the store — you end up adjusting it more than wearing it.

The silicone grip pad is designed to hold its position on the skin while you move, and the open-weave band breathes on long days.

Your next trail. Your next mile. Your next long day.
Picture this

Your next trail. Your next mile. Your next long day.

Steep switchbacks. A weekend hike with the family. Eight hours on your feet at work. The stuff you actually want to keep doing.

The PrecisionPoint is light enough to forget it’s there and low profile enough to wear under pants, leggings or with hiking socks.

Strap it on, tighten it, and get back to the trail.

Your knees carry you everywhere. Give them a little backup.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from a knee brace?

A knee brace wraps the entire joint and squeezes everything, which can restrict movement and get hot. The PrecisionPoint Knee Strap applies light, targeted pressure to one area — just below the kneecap, over the patellar tendon.

It looks really small. Does it actually do anything?

Size isn’t the point, placement is. The strap is small because it only needs to cover one spot below the kneecap. That’s also what keeps it light and low profile.

Will it fit my knee?

The adjustable hook-and-loop band fits most leg shapes and sizes, from slim to larger. No sizing chart needed: wrap, tighten, done.

Will it slide down during exercise?

The silicone pad is designed to grip the skin and hold its position during running, hiking, cycling and gym workouts. Make sure it’s centered and snug.

Can I wear it all day?

Yes. The breathable materials make it comfortable for long days, and it’s low profile enough to wear under pants, leggings or sports socks. If you’ll be sitting for a long time, loosen it.

How do I know I’m wearing it correctly?

Find your kneecap, place the silicone pad about two fingers below it and tighten until snug, not tight. If you need help, contact us and we’ll walk you through it.

Is this a medical device?

No. It’s a support accessory and is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition. If you have a knee injury or ongoing pain, talk to your doctor or physical therapist before use.

Received it today (September 10) and went on an 8.7 km outing. It seems effective because I had no pain in my left knee. However, I must have tightened the strap too much because it felt like a tourniquet behind my knee.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad your 8.7 km outing was pain-free. Regarding the tourniquet sensation: the strap doesn't need to be very tight to be effective. Center the silicone pad just below your kneecap, then tighten it until it feels secure but comfortable. It should stay in place when you move without squeezing behind your knee. If the sensation returns, loosen it a little. Also remember to take it off if you'll be sitting for a long time. Enjoy your outings! Céline, Inolyo Customer Service

Like many people, I was skeptical after trying so many knee braces on the market. I just got back from a 75 km bike ride with 1,100 meters of elevation gain: I had no pain and forgot the strap was there. I also tested it on short hikes. It was less effective going downhill than uphill, but since I had stopped walking altogether, I'm delighted (osteoarthritis and patellar tendinitis). I'll continue my usual icing and stretching routine. I certify that this review is real, honest, and in no way commercial. Fredb

Walking without pain thanks to this strap

I'm 68 and have advanced knee osteoarthritis. I used to limp when walking, and large knee braces were too bulky. This little strap takes 30 seconds to put on, and I'm walking normally again. Why have the specialists never told me about this kind of product? A real relief in everyday life.

I bought it without much hope because my knee is really badly damaged, and now I'm amazed! No more pain when walking, especially downhill. Just incredible! And the best part is that I still feel the benefit after taking the strap off!

Very good

Kneecap supports I take with me on every long trail run and major outing as a precaution, even if I'm not wearing them. Comfortable, no more pain on the steepest descents, and less joint fatigue. The only possible issue is rubbing when wearing both. Overall, though, I'm very satisfied.

Pure magic

I've had multiple knee surgeries on my meniscus and cruciate ligaments. I work at a campground, so I walk a lot. With this heat, I decided to try these. I wouldn't go back to those big knee braces with metal and other parts for anything. They're hot, slide up or down, and the pain is still there. These comfortable, sturdy supports provide support exactly where it's needed, and no more pain.
